This is the second in my mixed media series. I'm playing with paint and collage materials with no particular goal in mind. As one of my students suggested, I'm doing the messaround.
Messing around is essential for your art to grow and, perhaps, take off in a new direction. This still ended up looking like a geologic abstract to me.
Some artists I'm following lately: Lori Mirabelli, Pam Caughey, Louise Fletcher, and Julie Pritchard. I see them a lot on Instagram and Youtube.
